Orders are handled with care and dispatched through trusted delivery partners across the UAE and GCC.

UAE

Same Day Delivery (Dubai selected areas only)
Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM UAE time.
Delivery is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Next Day Delivery
Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE time.

Standard Delivery
Delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

Deliveries are fulfilled Monday to Saturday.
Sunday is a non-working day and deliveries are not processed.

GCC

Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days, subject to customs clearance and duties.

International Shipping (Lebanon)

Orders to Lebanon are shipped from UAE via DHL Express Worldwide.

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days from dispatch, subject to customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or delays outside of 222 Ave’s control.

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees imposed by Lebanese customs. All duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges incurred upon import are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Customers may be contacted directly by DHL or the relevant customs authorities to provide documentation or arrange payment of applicable duties and taxes before delivery.

By placing an order for delivery to Lebanon, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for any applicable import charges and customs requirements.

Additional Information

Customs duties, taxes, or import charges for GCC orders may apply and remain the
responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors
outside standard courier operations.
During peak periods including Ramadan, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, national holidays, and the December festive season (5–28 December), order processing and delivery remain a priority. Minor delays may occur due to high volume; however, all efforts are made to ensure a consistent and efficient service experience.
